Talking about WHY we need personal hygiene, Dr. Sikka summarized it in one statement- "It is better to maintain personal hygiene in the beginning than to have long hospital bills at the end." She highlighted the point that hygiene is not only about being physically clean & well groomed, but also about the Mental fitness. She suggested that we must talk about those negative & toxic vibes out rather than harbouring them in our minds. It was not all and enough, forging ahead Dr. Sikka also tried to break the taboo & myths about Menstrual Hygiene, which is not a problem, only in India but worldwide.

Dr. Sikka concluded her statement with a very powerful quote "Be fresh & flirty, NOT foul & dirty".
