Punjab CM & Governor Condole Sad Demise Of Kamla Advani

Chandigarh, April 6, 2016: Punjab Chief Minister Mr.Parkash Singh Badal today condoled the sad demise of Smt.Kamla Advani , the wife of the former Deputy Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader Mr.Lal Krishna Advani, who passed away at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi following a massive heart attack this evening.

In a condolence message, the Chief Minister recalled her selfless but constant presence and inspiration behind Mr. Advani’s success in his political career, for which she helped him devoting all his entire time to the service of the people and the country. While it was a great personal loss to Mr. Advani, it was at the same time a major loss to the cause in which she actually participated along with her husband, added Mr. Badal.

Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give enormous strength and courage to bear this huge loss in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, deeply pained and saddened expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Smt. Kamala Advani, wife of BJP veteran leader Shri Lal Krishan Advani who breathed her last today in AIIMS at New Delhi.

Expressing heartfelt sympathies with Shri L.K. Advani and bereaved family members, Prof. Solani prayed to Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul.
