Punjab Government has decided to spend Rs 3.19 crore on sterilization of dogs in Amritsar: Dr Inderbir Singh Nijjar

          The Punjab Government has taken a significant step towards ensuring the safety of its residents by investing Rs 3.19 crore in the sterilization of dogs in Municipal Corporation Amritsar. The announcement was made today by Local Government Minister Dr Inderbir Singh Nijjar.

          As part of the initiative, 20,000 dogs will be sterilized at the Municipal Corporation Amritsar, which will cost approximately Rs 3.19 crore. The move is part of the Punjab Government's commitment to animal welfare and public safety.

          Local government Minister Dr Inderbir Singh Nijjar thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for visionary initiative to Sterilization of 20 thousands dogs in Amritsar.

          Dr Inderbir Singh Nijjar emphasized that the objective of the sterilization project is to make the lives of Punjab residents more secure. He further stated that the initiative is in line with the vision of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to create a safer and more prosperous Punjab.
