Punjab Government offering free personality development classes to youth aspiring for employment

Deputy Commissioner calls upon the youth to attend Mega Job Fair from 19 to 30 September

Ludhiana, July 17, 2019: With a view that any candidate applying for the job won’t face any kind of trouble, the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprise established by the Punjab Government to start giving classes on how to appear for the interview and to prepare the Resume that the youth of Punjab can avail maximum jobs under the "Ghar Ghar Rojgar Yojna”.

Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Agrawal said that it was come to notice that some eligible candidates couldn’t get the job just due to lack of interview skills or poor presentation of Resume. “Punjab government will soon hire experts, who will provide personality development classes to the youth that they can appear for the interview confidentially and get jobs,” he said.

Deputy Commissioner said that with an aim to provide employment to the youth, the Punjab Government under it’s "Ghar-Ghar Rozgar Yojna” has been organising a Mega Job Fair in the city from September 19 to 30. He exhorts the youth to participate and avail maximum benefits of the ensuing job fair.

Deputy Commissioner also directed officials to maximum promote this event that youths can take part in it. Meanwhile, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Neeru Katyal Gupta, SDM (Payal) Swati Tiwana and Employment Officer Rajan Sharma were present in the meeting.
