Punjab Industry in panic due to unscheduled power cuts: CICU
Says Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann should intervene and bring the situation under control, otherwise industry will be compelled to shut down or move to other states, where situation is better.

The predicted shortage of power is a major concern for the industry. Last year industry had very bad experience due to non-availability of power in industry.
Today industry above 2 MW was push to shut down due to increase in demand.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, Pankaj Sharma, J.S Bhogal, S.B Singh of Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) requested Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann to intervene and bring the situation under control, otherwise industry will be compelled to shut down or move to other states, where situation is better.
