On the 7th death anniversary of Swadesh Chopra, the Punjab Kesari Group organised mega health check-up camps spread over many states.
Ludhiana, July 11, 2022: On the 7th death anniversary of Swadesh Chopra, the Punjab Kesari Group organised mega health check-up camps spread over many states.
Many patients were examined in these medical and eye checkup camps. Over 140 camps were organised in 7 states and over 26000 patients were administered healthcare.
These camps were organised under the guidance of Chief Editor of Punjab Kesari Group, Vijay Chopra. In addition to health check-ups, medicines were also given free of cost to patients.
Over 66 camps were set up in Uttar Pradesh where 7300 patients were screened while in Punjab 8344 patients were screened in 32 camps, Haryana 5356 in 17 camps and in Himachal 3394 in 11 camps, 1939 in 10 camps were screened in Bihar, 74 patients in 3 camps were screened in Uttarakhand and 1 camp in Jharkhand screened 74 patients.
Swadesh Chopra spent her entire life working in the religious and social sector. During her lifetime she was associated with many organizations and was always there to serve the needy. Following this lesson of social service given by her is the true tribute of the Punjab Kesari group to her.
