Punjab Lokhit Party formed, coming into election fray in State
Chandigarh, October 26, 2021: Though in majority but considering itself in minority on account of unorganised, scattered, victimised, sufferer, exploited and politically ignored, the OBC Community has decided to form a political platform to get justice. Thirty-five organisations of different categories have unanimously decided to get a political party registered in the state of Punjab. The process of holding these meetings was going on since the last more than one year. Therefore, "Punjab Lokhit Party" has been formed and coming into election fray with great enthusiasm.
The group of different organisations has realised that government policies are framed for the benefit of this particular section of the society but the advantage does not go to the needy persons. It is enjoyed by little ineligible section of the community. Therefore the union of the organisations has been formed to remove this disparity. The benefit of government schemes will be ensured to go to every needy person in equal share.
The office-bearers of the organisations have chalked out the common agenda which shall be publicised very shortly.
Malkit Singh Birmi, ex-Minister Punjab has unanimously been elected as president of the political party by the office beaters. All these organisation shall stand merged in this political party henceforth.
The names and the designations of the office-bearers of the organisation have been announced.
