Ludhiana, September 21, 2013: Bathinda outplayed Amritsar 4-2 goals and Jalandhar crushed Patiala 4-1 goals in above 15 years age group of Punjab Women Hockey League at Prithipal Singh Hockey Stadium, Punjab Agricultural University, here on Saturday.
The League was started on September 12, organised by Punjab Sports Department as an annual feature.
Bathinda was leading 2-1 at half time. Sandeep Kaur and Ravneet Kaur scored 2 each for their team where as Ramandeep Kaur andBaljinder Kaur scored one each from the loosing side.
Gurjeet Kaur scored 2 goals in 48th minutes and 51st minute, Navjit Kaur scored 4th goal in 52nd minute where as 1st in 14th minute was a suicidal goal as defender’s stock was deflected. The lone goal scored by Maini Sodhi in 16th minute from the loosing side.
