Talwandi Sabo, September 26, 2013: Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo is holding a seminar on the life and ideology of Shaeed-e-aazam S. Bhagat Singh on his birthday on September 27 at 10.30 AM.
Er. Jaswant Singh Jaffar, a renowned thinker and presently Secretary of Punjabi Sahitya Academy, Ludhiana will deliver the key-note addressed.
Dr. Subhprem Singh Brar, Principal Govt. College, Sardargarh (Bathinda) will be chief guest.
Dr. NS Malhi, Vice Chancellor, Guru Kashi University will preside over the function.
