PUNJAB POLICE questions Vajinder Singh in Panchkula

Chandigarh/ Fatehgarh Sahib, March 11, 2013: Punjab Police tied up with Haryana Police for questioning of Vajinder Singh.

Team headed by a DSP and Inspector of Punjab Police went to Panchkula to the office of Hardeep Singh Doon, SSP Crime and Telecommunication, Haryana and questioned Vajinder Singh in his office  regarding the drug case registered last week. He was  examined by a DSP and Inspector of Punjab Police from 5 pm to 8.30 pm in investigation of case FIR (No. 45) dated March 3, 2013 under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC, 25 A Act PS Fatehgarh Sahib. As per the procedure, in the presence of two private witnesses, he was asked for his consent for giving his blood and hair samples required for forensic examination for investigation purpose, which he refused.
