Ludhiana, April 7, 2025: In an effort to revolutionize education in Punjab by providing modern infrastructure and facilities for students, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora inaugurated a series of infrastructure development projects worth Rs 81 lakh in four government primary, middle, and high schools under the 'Punjab Sikhya Kranti' program initiated by the state government.

Arora declared Monday a significant milestone in the state's history, emphasizing that this initiative by Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann represents a landmark effort to completely overhaul school education across Punjab.

Speaking to the gathering at the schools, the MP highlighted the Punjab government's commitment to enhancing infrastructure in government schools while delivering modern education that meets current needs. He noted that these efforts have resulted in increased student enrolments in government institutions. Since the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government, historic decisions have been made to provide world-class education, such as sending teachers abroad for training, establishing Schools of Eminence, and upgrading essential facilities including sports grounds and modern science labs.

Arora also pointed out that regular Parent-Teacher Meetings are being held in schools to promote student development and improve government schools. He encouraged students to work hard and aspire to achieve their dreams. Additionally, he announced that he would allocate Rs 10 lakh from his MPLAD funds for further infrastructure development in the schools.
