Punjab suffering due to misrule of previous UPA government-Vijay Sampla

Ludhiana, January 10, 2015: Attacking the last Congress led UPA government over their misrule, Vijay Sampla, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment and MP from Hoshiarpur, said that it is due to their misrule that the people of Punjab are suffering. He said that the youth of Punjab have fallen prey to drugs because the Congress government failed to check this menace entering into India from our borders.
Sampla was in the city to attend the National Convention of CA Students hosted by Ludhiana branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at Kundan Vidya Mandir, here today.
While chairing the evening session of the convention, Sampla said that the Chartered Accountants deal directly with finances daily. He said that our country can grow only if our economists are good and well versed with the problems being faced by the people. He said at this moment the nation is paying the price of mismanagement on part of two economists, former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and former finance minister Mr P Chidambaram.
He urged the students to join prime minister Narendra Modi';s programme of Make In India so that the country can prosper.
