Punjabi music stalwart Jasbir Jassi & 92.7 BIG FM gives a Baisakhi treat at The House of Gobind

Mohali, April 14, 2014: Culminating the BIG Baisakhi contest here at ‘The House of Gobind’ today, Punjabi music stalwart Jasbir Jassi  gave away loads of goodies and bumper prizes to excited listeners of 92.7 BIG FM today. Listeners who were shortlisted through a 3 day radio contests on BIG FM flocked the famous sweetmeat shop to meet the , played games and on-the-spot contests with the RJs and won prizes like bikes, air-conditioners and holiday packages.
The leading radio station has been running Baisakhi special contests and offerings for the past 1 month now. The morning show ‘Roshan Saver’ glorified the holy ‘Khalsa Panth’ that is significant of the harvest festival. Apart from this the radio station has been running contests throughout the day for the past 3 days and giving away loads of prizes to listeners. Listeners were also treated to Baisakhi wishes and interviews of celebrities like Dolly Guleria, Gurmeet Bawa , Wadali Brothers, Gurdaas Maan etc. who have kept the Punjabi tradition alive with their art. Punjabi singer Pammi Bhai also composed a special folk song for listeners on this occasion. With Punjabi riddles, desi music, boliyan, spot contests, quizzes and much more listeners had a rollicking time this Baisakhi on 92.7 BIG FM!
Singer Jasbir Jassi performed here, and once he started singing his Punjabi hits, the guests couldn't stop themselves from tapping their feet and cheering loudly.
