Punjabi Novel Ambeer released
The book has been written by Prof. Mahabir Singh Sandhu Asstt Prof. Horticulture at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University
Punjabi Novel entitle “Ambeer” written by Prof. Mahabir Singh Sandhu Asstt Prof. Horticulture at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University has been released by eminent Poet Prof. Gurbhajan Singh Gill, Former editor Punjabi, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana on 7th March 2021 at Art gallery, Punjabi Bhawan Ludhiana. This Novel was the first creation of Prof. Mahabir Singh Sandhu in mother tongue Punjabi in a straight Punjabi of Majha dialect.
While releasing the novel Prof. Gurbhajan Gill praised the efforts made Mr. Mahabir Sandhu writing a novel depicting a picture of rural culture of Majha reagon. He lauded this first attempt of Prof. Mahabir Sandhu writing such a good publication in his additional capacity of working in the field of fruit science in the World University.
While addressing the audience Dr. J S Bal said that his experience of working along with Prof. Mahabir Singh Sandhu in the university is he is a good teacher as well as well behave human being. Prof. Ravinder Singh Bathal, President of Punjabi sahit academy Ludhiana, praised Prof. Mahabir Sandhu for beginning up such a useful publication in Punjabi literature.
In this releasing ceremony the faculty staff from Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, who participant were Dr. Harmeet Singh Thind, Prof. Soil Science, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur Dhillon, Dept. In-charge, Prof. Rajanpreet Kaur, Prof. Navjot Singh. In addition to this, some renewed Punjabi poet and writers were also joined this released ceremony.
At the end of Dr. Jaspreet Kaur Dhillon purposed vote of thanks of all the participants especially chief guest Prof. Gurbhajan Gill for sparing their valuable time for this release ceremony.
