My interest in singing started with love for Punjabi culture and language. I used to make compositions of my songs and started singing them among friends, get-together, family functions and gatherings. Everyone around praised my pen and voice. I was always encouraged by people around me.  I’m greatly influenced by Gurdas Maan. I have been a great fan of him. My other favorite singers include Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Jazzy B, Babbu Mann and Surjit Bindrakhia. I just love Punjabi Folk and Sufi Music.”
