Punjab’s renowned woman entrepreneur Rajni Bector honored with coveted Padma Shri award by President of India

Ludhiana, November 9, 2021: Mrs Rajni Bector, Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Mrs. Bectors Food Specialties Ltd was honored with coveted Padma Shri award by the President of India for her significant contribution to the promotion & sustainable growth of trade and industry. Being a woman entrepreneur with more than four decades of dedicated service to the industry, she is a role model par excellence for many budding women entrepreneurs besides others and inspires the generations to rise and shine.
Mrs Rajni Bector interacted with the President and Prime Minister of India after receiving the award. “I feel blessed and express my gratitude to the government for recognizing my achievements.” Said the proud recipient of the Padma Shri”. During the interaction, Honorable President Kovind acknowledged the dedication of Mrs Bector for enriching communities and empowering womanhood in many forms. Mrs Rajni Bector invited Mr. Narendra Modi to the Ludhiana and requested further impetus to the food industry.
