PYDB Chairman appointed Member of DBEE’s Governing Council
Bindra bats for joint efforts by industrialists and DBEE for opening new vistas of employment for unemployed youth
Ludhiana, September 4, 2021: Punjab Youth Development Board (PYDB) Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra on Saturday has been appointed member of District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE)’s governing council in Ludhiana.
On his appointment, Bindra thanked the Punjab Government and batted for active association between Industrialists and the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprise for benefitting the unemployed youth by opening new vistas of employment for them.
He said that that the Bureau has been playing an important role in ensuring a single roof solution for the job seekers and job givers in the district.
The PYDB Chairman said that bureau serves two purposes of providing jobs to needy youth of district on one hand and providing skilled manpower to cope up with the needs of local industry on the other. He said that association of government and industrial sector is need of the hour to fulfill the dream of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to provide job to every youth of the state.
Bindra said that bureau has already been emerged as a platform to help in providing a pool of skilled and educated manpower to the industrialists so that they could offer and provide jobs to them as per their requirements.
He said now in every district of Punjab, the members of PYDB would participate actively in the creating awareness among the people about job melas being organized by DBEE.
