Chandigarh, January 26, 2025: Jasbeer Kaur, President of Women and Child Care Welfare Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO) based at Chandigarh , was honored with the prestigious District Award on Republic Day for her exemplary contributions in the field of social work. On the occasion of Republic Day, Kamaljeet Singh, General Secretary of the Women and Child Care Welfare Foundation, was also awarded the District Award by Shakti Rani Sharma, MLA Kalka, and Monika Gupta(IAS), Deputy Commissioner of Panchkula, Haryana. His efforts towards social welfare and community upliftment were highly appreciated.
