Ludhiana, December 2, 2019: The food enthusiasts of Ludhiana can now enjoy the Rangeelo Rajasthan food fest dedicated to Rajasthani cuisine that will catch the attention of the foodies of city.Café Delish restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana is all set to tickle the taste buds of the foodies with it Rajasthani Food Festival that will be available in dinner time will conclude on December 16th.
Executive chef Mohammad Asif with his team of Chef Pradeep Shahi, Chef Mumtaz Ansari and Pastry Chef Amit Porwal will take foodies through the lavish feast once savoured by the kings and folks of Rajasthan.Chef Asif said, “Rajasthani cuisine is unique in many ways from other culinary traditions of India. This Rajasthani Food Festival is not merely a food festival, but a celebration of the vibrant and regal culture of Rajasthan,” he added.
The royal cuisine of India from paneer ke sule to laal maas, ker sangria, indulge in the best Rajasthan has to offer.Abhay Kumar, General Manager while mentioning about food festival, said, “Each region in India is known for its own traditional dishes and specialties, and Rajasthani cuisine too has its own unique flavours. Food and Beverage Manager Sumit Sharma said” Understanding the acceptance and demand for this Rajasthani cuisine in Ludhiana, we decided to bring for our guests, the Rangeelo Rajasthani Food Festival.”
This Food Festival will offer a variety of traditional recipes such as Dal Batti Churma, Ker Sangri, Gatta Curry, Jaipuri Mewa Pulao, Papad ki Sabzi, laal Maas, Malpua and much more. To start with one can have welcome drink like Jodhpuri Jaljeera, Sikanji, Aam ka panna, Masala chaas, Mausam ka ras and Nimbu pani. The menu had been designed for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food lovers.
The kebab Platter for the table including Maas ki tikki, Murgh ke parche, Rai ki machhli, Mathaniya Murgh tikka, Aloo matter Mangodi ki tikki, Dahi ke kebab, Thad ke Papad, Sangri ki sheek, Maas ke sooley, Murgh methi tikka, Murgh Soyeta tikka, Jugalbandi kebab, Achari paneer tikka, Sunehri Tandoori Aloo, Bhutta kebab, Ajwaini paneer tikka, Mathaniya Maas ki boti, Murgh ke parche, Murgh Soyeta tikka, Murgh resmi sheek, Subz mewe ki tikki will be the dishes served to the guest.
