Rohtak, April 4, 2024: Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Singh Hooda has said the aim of Congress is to make sure transparent and time bound recruitment on more than 2 lakh vacant posts in different departments of Haryana under Youth Participation Justice. For this, regular recruitment charter will be issued by the party.
Answering questions at student panchayat organized by NSUI, Deepender shared some of its points with the students today. He explained how the recruitments will be done under the Congress government. “First of all, in order to provide jobs to the youth as per their qualifications, the paper leak and job-selling mafia, which is deeply rooted in the present government, will be eliminated,” he said. Local MLA Bharat Bhushan Batra was also present on the occasion.
“When the Congress government is formed, the responsibilities of all the agencies and officials related to recruitment will be fixed, so that there is no possibility of any kind of irregularity in the recruitments. If any irregularity is found in any recruitment, then not only the external agencies but also the officers, members and chairman sitting in HSSC-HPSC will be held directly responsible,” he stated.
“To ensure timely recruitment, a separate OSD will be appointed for each recruitment. Along with the form of each recruitment, its complete calendar will also be released, in which the dates, from the date of examination and result will be listed out. Along with HSSC-HPSC, OSD will also be responsible for following the calendar. If any recruitment exam or result is delayed by even one day, OSD will be directly discharged from duty. A separate committee will be formed for recruitment to prevent any kind of irregularities. The phone line of the committee will remain open 24 hours, seven days for complaints related to recruitment,” he said.
Deepender said the abolition of interviews in Group-C and D was started during the Congress tenure. “There will be no interview in Group-C and D during the tenure of Congress. Steps will be taken to bring complete transparency in the interviews of Group-1-2 recruitments, because today countless complaints of candidates are coming to the fore, regarding the interview. Even the candidates who top the written examination are thrown out of recruitment by giving low marks in the interview. Therefore, during the Congress government, such a system will be established which can eliminate the possibility of any kind of bias or irregularities in the interview,” he added.
