Rama and Krishnadevaray switch roles on Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama
Entertaining the audiences with interesting stories, Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama brings another great twist in Vijayanagar. Feeling distant from the common public, Krishnadevaray (Manav Gohil) offers to trade places with Rama (Krishna Bharadwaj). With Rama caught up with another case that has arrived in the Darbaar, Krishnadevaray is hurt when he hears a lady complain that no one other than Rama helps the common people in Vijayanagar. Taking the comment to heart, Krishnadevaray believes that he has become detached from the common man. This escalates into a conflict with Rama, who claims that the duty of the King is only to give orders. Astonished on hearing this, Krishnadevaray decides to make Rama the King of Vijayanagar for 3 days and in turn, takes Rama’s place for the same period in order to understand the common people. Will the two be successful in their switched roles? Manav Gohil, playing the role of Krishnadevaray said, “The king wants to know the real problems of his common public and at the same time, is shocked on knowing that he is perceived to have only one duty, that of giving orders. Now switching roles with Rama, it is going to be fun for the viewers to watch how the two cope up in each other’s place.”
