Ramana International introduces smart intelligent machines with auto optimization, the first in industry
This results in faster production, lesser breakdown
Ludhiana: With cost cutting and efficiency the most sought after attributes in machinery by a manufacturer, Ramana International Pvt Ltd has introduced new machines keeping in mind the same.
Mr. Parmesh Wassist (Robby) – Director Ramana International Pvt Ltd said that, “This year we have introduced Speedii Smart Intelligent Model of Lianxing knitting machines from china for which we are the sole agents for India and these new models have advanced Auto optimization thereby reducing the time of production and thus increasing productivity and efficiency. This Auto optimization technology has been introduced in computerised flat knitting machines for the 1st time. With this technology, machine automatically senses the design parameters and reduces the time required for production of a particular garment. The system automatically detects and omits the design errors, rectifies them and optimizes the production feed. This results in faster production, lesser breakdown having an overall effect on increased efficiency in knitting processes involved.”
Mr. Edgar Lian – Deputy General Manager Shantou City Lianxing Industrial Co. Ltd said, “Our machines have intelligent technology that reduces the time of particular design inputs automatically and reduce energy wastage and cost of production. These savings in cost are beneficial for the industry which is increasingly looking to compete globally”.
Mr. Parmesh Wassist further added, “We have also introduced 3 thread fleece circular knitting machine from Runshun company and is one of the 1st of its kind machine in India. Another innovation that we have done is that we have introduced a double sinker flat bed knitting machine. The machine has cross sinkers resulting in embossing like effect during knitting which results in quilting effect of the garment. This machine works on advanced yarn feeder technology and we are one of the 1st to introduce this machinery. ”
