Ramgarhia Girls College cemented its dominance at 65th PU Inter Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival 

Ludhiana, November 15, 2024: The students of Ramgarhia Girls College cemented their dominance at the 65th PU Inter Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival held at DAV College, Hoshiarpur, by winning several prizes in various categories. Competing against the numerous participants of several zones, our students bagged first positions in Classical Vocal and Group Shabad, followed by second positions in Folk Orchestra, Indian Orchestra and Handwriting (Punjabi), whereas Tokri Making, Folk Instrument and Percussion clinched third positions including individual prizes by Amritpal Kaur who secured second position in Ladies Traditional Songs, Hargupreet Kaur and Yashumati got third prize in Group Shabad, and Indian Orchestra, respectively. 

Offg. Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur lauded the efforts of the students and teacher incharges on achieving exceptional results. She said that the unwavering dedication and resilient endeavours have helped the teams to achieve success in such tough competitions. 

Ranjodh Singh, President, and Gurcharan Singh Lotey, General Secretary, Ramgarhia Educational Council, also extended their congratulations to the winning students for exceeding expectations and achieving great success and said that it is indeed a matter of glory for our institution that our team of Group Shabad and Classical Vocal shall represent Panjab University in the Inter University Festival to be held in February.
