Old times reminisced when  Ramgarhia Girls College organized a get-together for old students in its premises on Saturday morning. It was much awaited event for old students to revisit their Alma mater, to reconnect with old friends, and to meet their teachers.

Ludhiana, March 01, 2025: Old times reminisced when  Ramgarhia Girls College organized a get-together for old students in its premises on Saturday morning. It was much awaited event for old students to revisit their Alma mater, to reconnect with old friends, and to meet their teachers.

Rajinder Kaur, M.D., G.S.Radiators was the chief guest and she was accorded a warm welcome by Offg. Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur and Ranjodh Singh, President, Ramgarhia Educational Council. 

Manpreet Kaur Virk, Principal, Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School was the guest of honour. 

Dr.Ajit welcomed and congratulated Alumni and said that the alumni of the college can contribute in a big way to their institution by inspiring students to choose the profession of their choice. 

Vice- President of the Alumni Association, Kawaljit Kaur Kalsi, Former Principal, Ramgarhia Girls Senior Secondary School, who also happens to be alumnus of the college of 1982 batch, said that one's college is responsible for grooming and chiselling its students. 

Gunwant  Kaur, Principal, Girls Public School, Muradpura also Alumnus of the college of 1975 batch expressed her gratitude for her Alma mater. 

Ranjodh Singh proudly said that our students are our greatest assets and our heritage. With his beaming face he  said that through their work, our students have brought recognition to the college to both nationally and internationally. The Students shared their experiences and said that RGC nurtured their characters, personalities and spiritual growth and all this had prepared them to contribute meaningfully to society. On this day old students were felicitated as well. To make this day even more memorable Dhoom- A fete was also organised wherein more than 25 attractive stalls like Mehandi, Nail Art, Cakes and Chocolates,  Tarot Card Reading, paintings, and Selfie Corner caught everyone's attention.  The event ended with a cultural programme. It was a day of thanks giving, sharing and committing to the cause of education.
