Ludhiana, January 22, 2024: Residents of Hampton Homes, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana assembled to celebrate `pran pratishtha’ ceremony at Ayodhya temple on Monday.
Sandhya Arora, wife of Sanjeev Arora, MP (Rajya Sabha) also attended the event as the chief guest. She said today is a historic moment for everyone because this moment has arrived after a long time.
Residents honoured Sandhya Arora with a shawl and 'prasad'.
All present there, recited Ram bhajans to the tune of music. The female participants danced while reciting Ram bhajans.
Children were seen dressed up as Ram, Sita and Laxman.
A langar was also arranged on the occasion. It was served not only to participants but also to industrial workers of the nearby industries. Almost 2000 people had langar prasad.
It may be mentioned here that Hampton Homes had already announced a holiday for its staff on Monday to mark the occasion.
