Responsibility of legal community has increased in current situation, says Manish Tewari

Mohali: Manish Tewari, a member of the Lok Sabha from Sri Anandpur Sahib, has said that the responsibility of the legal community has increased even further in the current situation of the country as the central government is trying to weaken the country's intellectual structure. Tewari was addressing a gathering of the Kharar Bar Association.
Speaking on the occasion, Tewari said that he has always protected the constitutional values of the country and in such cases his responsibility is increased even when the NDA government at the center is trying to weaken the country's constitution. On this occasion, Tewari mentioned the recent Citizenship Amendment Act, which is opposed everywhere.
Former Cabinet Minister Jagmohan Singh Kang also referred to the situation that when a person does not get justice from one side, he becomes compelled to get his rights through the courts and then giving justice becomes the responsibility of the law society, which is already being done.
On this occasion, Manish Tewari was also honoured by representatives of the Law Society. Among others, Natarajan Kaushal, Harbans Singh, Racchpal Singh, Iqbal Singh, Sachin Kumar Pradhan, Kuldeep Singh (Secretary PPCC)and Sanjeev Kumar, Chander mukhi Sharma Secy Genral basketbal Federation of India, Pawan Dewan Chairman Punjab Large Develpment board, Yadwinder Singh Kang member Zila Parsad , Kamaldeep Singh Chairrman Punjab state co-op Agriculture Development bank were also present.
