RGC rejoices in the celebrations of Basant Panchami

Ludhiana, February 3, 2025: The PG department of Music Vocal and the department of Music Instrumental celebrated the festival of Basant Panchami at Mata Tripta Hall with full fervour.
Ranjodh Singh, President of Ramgarhia Educational Council graced the occasion with his special presence. The College Principal, Dr. Ajit Kaur and Ranjodh Singh sought almighty’s blessings by paying their obeisance to goddess Saraswati. The programme commenced with Saraswati Vandana by the students which was followed by the mesmerising Sangeet Vadan. They rendered kirtan in Basant Raag.
Ranjodh Singh congratulated the students and wished, “May our lives be as vibrant as the spring season. We keep contributing to the welfare of society and remain intact to acquire knowledge.”
College Principal, Dr. Ajit Kaur applauded the efforts put in by Dr. Charanjit Kaur, Head of Music Vocal department, Assistant Prof. Sarabjit Kaur and Dr. Swaranjit Kaur from department of Music Instrumental. She said, “Such department activities serve the purpose of binding us with our rich cultural heritage. We pray that goddess Saraswati bless the students with the light of knowledge which would light up their future too.”
Secretary of Ramgarhia Educational Council, Gurcharan Singh Lotey also wished the students happiness in this month of rejuvenation.
