Rich tributes paid to Raksha Singal, mother of Deepak Builders MD

Ludhiana: Cutting across political party lines leaders and people from all walks of the society paid rich tributes to Late Mrs Raksha Singal at a prayer meeting in her memory held here today. Mrs Raksha Singal was the mother of Mr Deepak Singal, Managing Director (MD) of Deepak Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd, and grandmother of E9 Punjabi channel owner Miss Henna Singal. An octogenarian Mrs Raksha Singal had recently passed away. Mrs Raksha Singal was the wife of Late Mr Kamal Singal.

Prominent among those who paid tributes to Mrs Raksha Singal included Bharat Inder Singh Chahal, advisor to Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, MLAs Surinder Dawar (Congress), Simarjit Singh Bains (Lok Insaaf Party), Sharanjit Singh Dhillon (Shiromani Akali Dal), former Punjab Cabinet Minister Mahesh Inder Singh Grewal, former MLA Harish Rai Dhanda (SAD), BJP leaders Anil Sareen and Parveen Bansal, SAD leaders vijay Danav and Jiwan Dhawan. Councillor Mamta Ashu (wife of Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu), Congress leaders Krishan Kumar Bawa and Ramesh Joshi, Hindu Takht leader Varun Mehta and others.

Besides, several senior leaders sent their condolence messages.
