Beginning her talk, Rujuta said weight loss is 70% about your nutrition management and 30% excercise.

Rujuta is amongst the world's most followed Nutritionists told her audience to celebrate the way they look now. Stop weighing everyday morning and stop worrying. No single man ever depressed looking at his weighing scale. It is only women constantly concerned about their fat and eight.

Instead you worry about things such as quality of sleep, telling excuses to avoid excercises and eating rich food. You need to stand on your own feet and do your own things yourself. Don’t have assistants. This is the problem of the moneyed and rich. The richer you get, the lesser we move she said.

The definition she gave for rich food was food that is time tested, the food our grand parents ate, which is local, seasoned and traditional.

Long ago kitchen used to be the centre stage of our house. Today we hardly get into kitchens and order food on apps, she said.

Some of her clients include Kareena Kapoor, Anil Ambani, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Saif Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Karisma Kapoor, Richa Chadda, Shahid Kapoor. She is also an author of the book “Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight”. She has authored several books. He online presence –Twitter and Youtube, are in excess of half a million. She is an advocate of cooking “Indian food the way our grandmother cooked them”.

Rujuta is constantly in the news for her radical views on the subject and she is the most sought after professional.

She advocated eating rice for dinner. All film stars that I work with eat rice for their dinner. Rice is easy to digest, light on stomach. But avoid pocket rice which is heavily advertised, she told.

Eat meals sit down at least once a week, she added. Maintain diversity in whatever you eat. Diversity in food keeps you young and metabolically rich.

Consume coconut, drink coconut water including dry coconut which is rich in essential fats.

She is a strong advocate of consumption of homemade Ghee. Think of ghee as jewellery. You need to eat ghee to increase bone mineral density. Even people with diabetics, heart conditions are advised to consume ghee. She is also referred to as Goddess of Ghee.

She gave a lot of simple tips. You shouldn’t start your day with Tea or Coffee. Before you that see to it that you have seasonal fruit and then have tea/coffee, she says. She tells her clients to indulge in all desi snacks. Eating brown sugar, brown bread is no better. Just because it is brown, if you eat them in excess, you will gain weight. Brown is old good on paper but not in action.

Excercise minimum three hours a week, told.

Drink according to your body and not your buddy, she says. If you drink, do so along with your meal, not before or not after. Consume water adequately. The regular intake of water must be all through the day will not only help you curb your hunger but also helps you cleansing the body and flushing out impurities.

Your body needs wholesome meals. You need everything in proper quantities. Avoiding some make you crave for more.

Welcoming the gathering Priyankka Ganeriwal Arora, Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad Chapter said we are what we eat. This session is the most important. Because, your Health is Wealth. This is my last program for the year. I will demit my office later in the month, she informed.

Rujuta answered many questions of the participants and gave advice.
