Every year, when the festive season of Dhanteras rolls around, homes across the country come alive with shimmering lights, vibrant decorations, and the warmth of family traditions. For actress Stuti Vinkle, who plays the lead role of Phooli in Sun Neo's show Saajha Sindoor, this festival is more than just rituals—it’s a blend of old traditions. The young and talented actress recently revealed her plans to celebrate Dhanteras.
Stuti Vinkle shared, “Every year, before Dhanteras, I make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned, and then I get excited about decorating it, especially with lights. I love trying out new designs for the lighting outside the house—it’s something I look forward to every year. On Dhanteras day, as usual, my mother and I team up to decorate the house and the mandir with a lot of care and love. In the evening, we perform the Dhanteras puja and follow the tradition of buying the things we need most for the home.”
Revealing what special she plans to do this year, the Saajha Sindoor actress shared, “This year, I'm even more excited because I plan to buy something for myself—something I’ve always wanted. I’ve always been fascinated by jewelry, and this time, I’m planning to buy a gold ring. For years, I’ve wanted to buy one with my own hard-earned money, but it just never happened. Now, finally, I’ll be able to get it, and the thought of wearing a gold ring that I bought for myself feels so rewarding and meaningful.”
Stuti Vinkle stars as Phooli in Saajha Sindoor, captivating audiences with her on-screen chemistry with Sahil Uppal, who plays Gagan. The show follows the marital journey of Phooli and Gagan, while Saroj, played by Sangita Ghosh, schemes to sow discord between the couple.
