Ludhiana, June 10, 2013: The SAD (Delhi) president Paramjit Singh Sarna has said that the party would support the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) move to raise a memorial to the 1984 riots victims.

Interacting with the media persons here on Sunday, he added the SAD (Delhi) would support the move if the memorial was constructed outside Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib in Delhi.

Saran accused that the SAD was merely playing politics by raking up the 1984 riots issue when parliamentary elections were due next year.
