Sanskritian qualifies for International Kickboxing Championship 2022
Shivankar Pratap Singh, a promising kickboxing player of Sanskriti KMV School brought laurels to the state
Jalandhar, January 11, 2022: Shivankar Pratap Singh, a promising kickboxing player of Sanskriti KMV School brought laurels to the state, institution and family, as he won gold medal in WAKO India Cadets and Juniors National Kickboxing Championship held recently at Pune, Maharashtra, recognized by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, GOI. He played in the cadet category of 57 kg and gave a winning representation for his state Punjab in the five days tournament where players from 27 states competed. Shivankar, a grade X student, aims to master his martial arts skills, participate and bring laurels for his state and country. Shivankar has secured his place in National kickboxing team to represent India in forthcoming World Championship to be held in Dublin, Ireland, in Sept. 2022
Rachna Monga, Principal, heartily congratulated Shivankar and his parents for the achievement and wished him good luck for the international tournament. She mentioned that with all round preparation, school looks forward for many more students to reach the level of national and international recognition in vivid games.
