Sarva Dharma Ekta Sammelan organised
Representatives of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains were present
Chandigarh, March 30, 2022: The world's first 'Sarva Dharma Ekta Sammelan' was organized at Kalanaur in Punjab recently on the initiative of Satguru Dalip Singh, the current head of the Namdhari sect. In order to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, harmony in the world, the Namdhari Sangat organized the first 'Sarva Dharma Ekta Sammelan' on the auspicious occasion.
All the four major religions representatives participated including Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain. The Priests of these four religions praised the unity efforts made by Satguru Dalip Singh and gave their full support.
On this occasion, Mahant Bansi Das of Hindu Dharm said that many traditions of our four religions are mixed together. There are 108 beads in the rosary of all four religions. These four religions are the four pillars of Indian culture, from which the umbrella of Indian culture is waving.
Tenzin Siwang, a chief disciple of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, announced his support for unity on behalf of Buddhism.
Jain Muni Param Pujya Piyush himself could not come due to ill health but he sent his special rep Vimal Jain. He assured all possible support from Jain Muni Ji Maharaj and Jainism.
Thakur Dalip Singh said that we are Namdhari Nationalists. Being a nationalist, protecting Indian culture and Indian religions is the order of our guru ji and it is our ultimate duty. He said that religion, culture, language of any country cannot be kept separate.
