SBS Nagar Administration commemorates martyrs of Indian Freedom Struggle

Nawanshahar, January 30, 2022: District Administration led by Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal on Sunday commemorated the martyrs of Indian Freedom Struggle at district administrative complex.
A two minutes silence was observed after paying floral tributes to father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, as the death anniversary also falls today.
Sarangal said that we are thankful to the great martyrs and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives to make our nation independent.
He said that as we have a great legacy of our freedom fighters so we should always feel proud of them.
Recalling the immense contribution of the the martyrs and freedom fighters, he also exhorted to follow the footprints of Gandhi Ji and other great leaders of the nation whose lives and contribution remain a lighthouse for people.
