School of Design and Innovation lifts overall trophy of ‘Tarang’ at CT University
CT University organizes an Inter- School Competition ‘Tarang’
Ludhiana, December 24, 2021: CT University organized an Inter-School competition ‘Tarang’ which was celebrated as completion of 25th years of the CT Group in the field of education. In this event, all the schools namely School of Management Studies, School of Humanities and Physical Education, School of Law, School of Engineering and Technology, School of Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Sciences, School of Agriculture and Natural Sciences, School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism and School of Design and Innovation participated. Most interestingly, Tarang was made multi-colored by the performances of International, North-East, South and Punjabi students, which portrays a symbol of India’s social diversity.
The students from all the schools participated in events like Skit, Poetry, Solo singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Photography, Best out of Waste, Rangoli, Mehandi, Documentary/ Short Film, Contest, Solo Singing, Fashion Show, Budding Chef, Treasure Hunt, Debate, Declamation and Caption Writing/Slogan writing. The overall trophy was lifted by School of Design and Innovation followed by 1st Runner up by School of Engineering and Technology which held the tie with School of Law and the 2nd runner up went to school of Healthcare .
Congratulating the winners CT University Vice Chancellor, Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, said, “These events bring out the best of potential in students. The events, within campus, up bring students to prepare for National level events. Also, students can tap their unexplored sides.”
Manbir Singh, Managing Director and Harpreet Singh, Vice Chairman congratulated the winners and encouraged students for future endeavors. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT University said that the Tarang-Inter school Competition is dedicated to the joy of the 25th anniversary of the CT Group as well as to ‘Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahaotsav’.
