Chandigarh August 24, 2024: A scintillating poetry session strummed the poetic and philosophical sensibilities of the audience as they heard the wordsmiths spin their magic in the background of eminent rain on Saturday forenoon .
Vijay Kapoor, weaved the threads of poetry and the personalities into a lyrical narrative for about two hours when renowned poets like Dr. Prasoon Prasad, Dr Meera Gautam, Shally Vij, Dr. Medha Upadhyay, Prof. Kumar Krishna, RatnaChand Ratnesh, Sumedh, Dr. Naveen Gupta,Dr.Archna Singh, Dr Subhash Bhaskar, Dr Ajay Rana,Naveen Neer, Shanaz, Rekha Mittal and others recited their poems in Hindi and Punjabi.
The Kavita Goshthi was organised by Department of Alumni Relations in collaboration with Hindi Vikas Parishad.
The session was thoroughly enjoyed as the verses made the audience thoughtful, fill with wonder and appreciate the insights of the poets.
