Second Day of ‘Youth Vibe’ Fest witnessed massive competitions and Lagori Band performance at LPU

Jalandhar: The second day of global open fest ‘Youth Vibe-2020’ witnessed massive number of competitions at different venues of Lovely Professional University. In addition, famous South India’s Lagori Band enthralled thousands of competitors in the evening hours. Lagori presented music that reflected modern Indian youth. There was a combination of Indian classical melodies and Rock music, resulting in an enchanting mix of soulful compositions.
Different competitions were categorized as music, fine arts, quiz, folk dances, choreography, face painting, mime, nukkad nataks, skits, and histrionics adopted diverse themes of awakening to sensitize the youth. For all competitions various teams from far and wide institutions had registered. Hundreds of sportsmen/women also competed. Engineering students accepted challenges for tech solutions, management students fought for case analyses and life style competitions brought forward Youth Vibe Roadies and models. Folk dances including kalbelia, bihu, jhoomar, bhangra, malwai giddha, kajri, choliya and more attracted the on looking students the most.
