Dharamsala, May 8, 2022: “Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur must order to register a case of desh droh (sedition case) against the so-called Khalistan supporters who put Khalistan flag outside Dharamsala assembly complex and wrote Khalistan on the walls”, said Viresh Shandilya, National President of Anti-Terrorist Front India in a press release issued here today.

Shandilya added that the Himachal Assembly should also pass a law in the Himachal Vidhan Sabha for such punishment. He said that the environment of Himachal would not be allowed to deteriorate at any cost.

He said that according to the SDM Dharamsala, a case was registered against them under the Himachal Pradesh Open Space (Prevention of Deformation) Act, 1985. “Instead of this, a case should be registered under Section 124-A so that they get a lesson and next time someone should think a hundred times before committing such an incident,” said Shandilya.

Replying to the threat of Sikh for Justice last week, Viresh Shandilya, burnt the flag of Khalistan outside the office of the Deputy Commissioner in Shimla. He said that a delegation of Anti-Terrorist Front India will soon meet DGP Himachal in this matter. He said that the Front will also meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in this regard soon.
