Ludhiana, December 16, 2012: CIA Zone- 1 Ludhiana, have captured 10 cartons of whisky from a car (No. PB-10-CN-9225), according to an official information.
Rajinder Singh, a resident of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Ludhiana was driving the car.
A case under the Excise Act has been registered at Police Division No. 2 today.
