Ludhiana, November 5, 2012: Daba Police here have seized 200 gm of heroin from two persons.
The market value of the seized narcotics is worth Rs. 1 crore in the International market.
According to available information, a police party had laid naka in the area today following which two motorcycle borne persons were stopped on suspicion.
On checking the recovery of narcotics was made.
Police have rounded up two persons.
Police are still to register a case in this connection.
When contacted by City Air News late this evening, Ludhiana Police Commissioner Ishwar Singh confirmed that the Daba Police had recovered 200 gm of heroin from two persons.
