Selfie Point set up in campus of Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar, July 11, 2019: As per the latest digital and technological trends, Lyallpur Khalsa College has put forth another innovative paradigm by establishing a unique ‘Selfie Point’ in the college campus in accordance with the multi dimensional interests of students. The selfie point was inaugurated by college Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra and speaking on the occasion he highlighted the ever increasing need and relevance of Camera Photography in the ultra modern digital era. He also mentioned the inclination of students towards the field of such technology based arts as a major factor behind the establishment of the Selfie Point which would not only act as an outlet for entertainment but also a practice place for the art of photography. Principal Dr.Samra also informed about the numerous technology based professional courses being run by the college as per the latest trends and requirements of the digital sector. Dr.Samra congratulated Dr. Simranjit Singh Bains, Professor in-charge, Campus Maintenance Committee and his entire team on the inauguration of the selfie point which was also witnessed by Prof.Geetanjali Kaushal Moudgill and students of the college.
