Seminar on “International Day Of The Girl Child” in four schools of Innocent Hearts

Jalandhar, October 11, 2019: Four Schools of Innocent Hearts (G.M.T., Loharan , C.J.R and Royal World International School) organized Seminar for the girls studying in class VII and VIII on “International Day Of The Girl Child”. Gynecologists from Different hospitals were invited in all schools to educate the girls and a class on self defence was organized where they were taught techniques to save themselves by their Karate Coaches. In GMT , Dr. Ankur Harjeet Kaur– Gynecologist from Innocent Hearts Multispecialty Hospital , In The Royal World – Dr. Preety from Sriman Hospital , Dr. Harinder from Innocent Hearts Multispecialty Hospital at Loharan and CJR. were invited. They showed Power Point Presentation on Health and Hygiene and guided the students about the ways to take care of their health They were motivated to add nutritious diet and to do exercise to avoid problems during their periods. The children asked the questions from the doctors and got satisfied with their answers.
