SEMINAR: On “Organisational Life Cycle” held

Ludhiana, December 13, 2012: A seminar was organised by the ICICI Bank Ltd with the support of United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA) on subject “Organisational Life Cycle” here, in which 50 percent participated for interaction on this subject.

During discussion it was made known to the participants that how a CEO (Chief Executive Office)   of the organisation faces problems to run his work and how he can tackle these problems.

It was also explained how the life of the CEO is spent in the present period facing a lot of problems and finally it was cleared that he should be very well versed with the organisational problems to run the same in  a very smooth ways. 

The participants got a vast knowledge in this seminar and were of the view that such type of seminars should be held so that the proprietor may not faced any type of difficulty in the organisational life cycle.
