Indian doctors, nurses are in demand in so many developed countries abroad but here they are either unemployed or underutilised due to lack of infrastructure and faults of the system. He said that if there is a will in the people ruling our country than we can definitely provide world class health services to all Indians.

Porf DV Jindle, eminent educationist said that the Government should use the facilities provided by private doctors and health facilities by making them a paid partner in health delivery system. Since the private facilities are available near the door steps of the patients they should get treatment from the nearest facility and government should pay for it. There should be public-private system of health care with a common pool of doctors and other staff for use at the time of need.

He said it is impossible for a doctor to do justice and employee his mind properly to see hundreds of patient in a small time everyday as is commonly seen in our civil hospitals and dispensaries where they are forced to see not patients but crowds of patients.
The seminar was attended by a large number of doctors and social workers.
Everybody felt that since it is the fundamental right of all citizens and an act "Health for all " has been passed by our Honorable Parliament, this right of Indian public for health and well being should not be denied to them.
