Ludhiana: During the session organized by Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) delivered a session on Role of a CEO to Young Entrepreneurs of Ludhiana, in which he highlighted the key of mentorship, business growth tools to entrepreneurs to help them scale their business efficiently and transformation.
He also mentioned that the young entrepreneurs have to define strategies for next decades to build a world class organization. In today’s era a success business need customer satisfaction, better productivity, delivery of product on time, heathy environment in unit and others.
He thanked the Govt. of Punjab for their efforts to upgrade the Industry & Youth Entrepreneurs by organizing such Program like GAME.
Nikhil Dhand, M.D. Dhand Steels, mentioned that GAME is such a blessing to the Young Entrepreneurs of Ludhiana. He feel that our City/our Youth is highly blessed by such an opportunity, where experts from across the Globe are monitoring us on depth of Entrepreneurship.
He also Mentioned S. Upkar Singh Ahuja Ji “The Man on the Mission to uplift the Society” and playing a very vital role to build the Economy. Upkar ji, gave us such an important insight on the role of a CEO.
Mr. Nikhil, Team member of GAME explained that GAME is an alliance of mission-aligned partners to create a thriving environment for mass entrepreneurship in India resulting in 10M entrepreneurs, 50% women, who create 50M jobs by 2030.
