Sewing Technology Workshop at UIFT in collaboration with USHA International Ltd

Chandigarh, October 19, 2023: A workshop on Sewing Technology was held by University Institute of Fashion Technology and Vocational Development, Panjab University. USHA, a leading name in sewing and embroidery,demonstrated this enlightening workshop. This exclusive workshop aimed to empower students by providing hands-on experience in operating various automatic sewing machines and an automatic embroidery machine.

The event commenced with an enthusiastic group of 35 students of B.Sc. 1st Semester, who were eager to learn and gain practical skills in the field of fashion technology. USHA's team of experts and trainers was on hand to guide the students through the intricacies of automatic sewing machines and the marvel of an automatic embroidery machine. Participants had the opportunity to explore and experiment with the latest technology in sewing and embroidery, gaining invaluable insights into these modern tools. The workshop emphasized not only theoretical knowledge but also practical application, aligning with the needs of the ever-evolving fashion and textile industry.
