SGPC president released calendar - Symbols of Faith in Sikhism prepared by High Court Lawyer

The calendar being released at Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar (from L-R Harpreet Sandhu (Advocate), S. Gobind Singh Longowal (president SGPC), S. Gurjeet Singh Aujla (Member Parliament, Amritsar).

The Calendar on Symbols of Faith in Sikhism, prepared by Punjab & Haryana High Court Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu was released by the President SGPC Gobind Singh Longowal along with Member Parliament, Amritsar, Gurjeet Singh Aujla at the Information office, Darbar Sahib in Amritsar on 22nd January, 2018. The calendar has Sikh symbols captured at Gurudwara Thanda Burj (Fatehgarh Sahib), Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (New Delhi), Gurudwara Jyoti Saroop (Fatehgarh Sahib), Gurudwara Kesgarh Sahib (Sri Anandpur Sahib), Gurdwara Damdama Sahib (Sri Muktsar Sahib), Gurdwara Garhi Sahib (Sri Machiwara Sahib), Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, Harimandir Sahib (Sri Amritsar Sahib).
SGPC President Mr. Gobind Singh Longowal stated while releasing the calendar that the calendar in form of Sikh symbols, prepared by Harpreet Sandhu, Advocate is a very good initiative and will be use especially for the younger generation who in today times are not aware of Sikh Symbols. Mr. Gurjeet Singh Aujla, Member Parliament, Amritsar said that, "This is a very educative and a positive step towards promoting religious signs and will be a useful tool to depict Sikh Symbols amongst the various Sikh Institutions
