Sharda University NCC Cadets Demonstrate Exemplary Humanitarian Efforts in Flood-Affected Areas

In the wake of recent devastating floods that struck Basantpur banger, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a group of 35 compassionate NCC cadets from Sharda University associated with 31 UP Girls Battalion, joined forces to extend a helping hand to the families affected by the calamity on 25th July 26, 2023. The cadets took the initiative to distribute essential relief supplies, comprising biscuits, sanitary napkins, and  Ready to Eat Food packets, to alleviate the hardship faced by the flood-stricken communities.

With a strong sense of duty and under the guidance of Lieutenant Yashodhara Raj, Associate NCC Officer, Sharda University, and CHM Paras, these selfless cadets took swift action to offer critical aid to those who had been severely impacted by the recent floods. The distribution drive was carried out with utmost efficiency and empathy, focusing on the urgent needs of the affected families.

Lt. Yashodhara Raj, expressing her pride in the cadets' outstanding performance, said, "I am immensely proud of our NCC cadets from Sharda University, who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and compassion in providing relief to the flood-affected families.
