Shock to MP Sanjeev Arora, death of elder brother; A final farewell with tearful eyes
Rajeev Arora (Bittu), elder brother of Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Sanjeev Arora, passed away this morning. He was 64 years old and had not been in too good of health for some time.

Ludhiana, October 7, 2023: Rajeev Arora (Bittu), elder brother of Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Sanjeev Arora, passed away this morning. He was 64 years old and had not been in too good of health for some time.
This morning, when the residents of the city got the news of the death of Rajiv Arora, a wave of grief ran through them. Rajeev Arora had a dream of promoting social service works , but perhaps fate had something else in store.
Rajiv Arora is survived by Sakshi and Ritesh Arora (daughter-in-law and son), Rijul Arora (son) and Rupika and Yuvraj Arora (daughter and son-in-law).
This evening, his last rites were performed at the Civil Lines Crematorium near KVM School. The eyes of the crowd present were moist. The deceased's elder son Ritesh Arora lit the pyre.
On this occasion, dignitaries of the city, administrative officers, politicians, social and religious leaders, eminent industrialists, educationists and others were present.
