Shreyansh became champion in state level abacus competition

Jalandhar: The students of DIPS School Urban Estate phase 1 won the trophy of the champion of the competition in the state level abacus competition.
Principal Meenakshi Mehta said that in the competition held in Ferozepur, Shreyansh of class VII won the title of Champion of Competition in the written competition. Alisha of class VIII secured the position of first runner up in Punjab State Senior Group Oral and second runner up in written competition.
Principal Meenakshi Mehta honored both the students with prizes and made other students aware about Abacus.
MD Tarwinder Singh and CEO Monica Mandotra while congratulating the students, said that Abacus not only makes you proficient in Maths but also enhances your memory and visualization and helps you understand logical questions easily. This boosts the confidence of the children and they can easily take part in the upcoming competitive exams.
